'Hugo Grotius' in Delft
Kei Nakajima is currently an associate professor of international law at the University of Tokyo, Institute of Social Science, and formerly an associate legal officer at the International Court of Justice in The Hague. He studied public and private international law in Tokyo and in Geneva.
